This privacy policy governs your use of all the software applications (Application) for mobile devices that was created by Indic Apps Pvt. Ltd. This policy is applicable to all the applications created by Indic Apps Pvt. Ltd unless and otherwise a separate policy is provided for each app.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with us. Sometimes you might be required to Login using Facebook OAuth or similar services offered by other major service providers such as Google or Yahoo.
All the information that the user provides to us explicitly is used by us to uniquely identify the user and give a personalized app experience. When user installs multiple apps from us we may link the same information to all the accounts.
Automatically Collected Information
When you install our Application, we automatically collect your email address and phone number. We use this information to uniquely identify users and give them a personalized experience.
Our apps have features like sharing with friends via Tex messages etc. For this purpose some of our apps also request for Contacts and SMS permissions when you install the app. We may sync your contacts with our cloud storage. We never send any SMS to anyone without explicitly asking the user to grant us the permission.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application? Yes. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
- if Developer Company Name is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We may work with other companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application which helps us keep the cost of the Application low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you have downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non- precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere. We may also share encrypted versions of information you have provided in order to enable our partners to append other available information about you for analysis or advertising related use.
We may also notify your contacts via email, mobile text communication on user’s behalf. We may collect data needed to let your contacts know that the communication is coming from you. Such information may contain but not limited to email and name as provided by the user. We will explicitly request user’s permission to send emails, sms to your contacts. User may grant us permission to send requests to any of the contacts if and only if the user has taken prior permission from those contacts. Sending unsolicited messages to contacts through us is a violation of our user agreement.
User generated content
Any content generated by users may be reproduced elsewhere by us with proper attribution. Any authors who might get paid to write content or might be volunteering to translate content owned by us may not receive any attribution for the reproduced content. List of such authors is maintained on https://indicapps.wordpress.com/permissions.
Advertising
Our apps may be ad supported which means the app screens may show various ads. Ad formats are inclusive of but not limited to standard IAB banners, interstitials and text ads.
